Join us as a vendor for the Annual Pumpkin Festival at Robinson Produce Farms!
We’re inviting local businesses, boutiques, crafters, food vendors, and service-based vendors to be part of a fun-filled fall weekend at Robinson Produce Farms in Whiteville, NC. With pumpkins, family activities, shopping, food, live entertainment, and more, this festival is the perfect opportunity to showcase your business to a large community crowd during the fall season.
Food vendors selling desserts, sweets, ice cream, produce, or similar items must contact Diana at 910-234-1342 before purchasing a vendor space.

Vendor Information:
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and supplies needed for the event. Tents must be properly secured and vendors must remain within their assigned 10x10 space. Electricity is limited and must be approved ahead of time.
The festival will take place rain or shine. We kindly ask vendors to remain set up until the event ends each day, help keep their area clean, and remove any trash before leaving. Robinson Produce Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Additional vendor setup and arrival information will be sent closer to the event.
Important Information:
- Diana (910-234-1342) is the main contact for vendor questions and communication.
- Please do not send payments or share vendor information with anyone else claiming to be associated with the event without confirming with Diana first.
- Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
