Participant Acknowledgement & Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in pumpkin carving activities involves the use of sharp tools and carries a risk of injury. I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of RiskI voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the pumpkin carving activity, including, but not limited to, cuts, scrapes, puncture wounds, and other potential injuries.

2. Parental/Guardian SupervisionChildren are not permitted to participate in pumpkin carving without the direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian. Parents/legal guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety and conduct during the activity.

3. Release of LiabilityI hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Robinson Produce Farms, its owners, staff, and volunteers, from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may arise from participation in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical EmergenciesIn the event of injury, I authorize Robinson Produce Farms staff to seek necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I understand I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.
